PERFORMANCE
I perform Odissi with the Urvasi Dance Ensemble under the direction of Dr. Ratna Roy. We perform regularly both in the US and in India. I also present my own butoh choreography and performance art. I’ve collaborated with a number of other groups and artists in over 25 years of performing, including the Degenerate Art Ensemble, Saint Genet/Implied Violence, Lily Verlaine, Thalia’s Umbrella, photographer Steven Miller, and musician Stephen Fandrich. I performed with Joan Laage’s group Dappin Butoh from 1993-1998.
